Below is a ‘taster’ of different types of schemes Hayston has designed, and have been approved. Our portfolio is extensive and covers small to large schemes for domestic, commercial, agricultural, tourism, educational facilities, listed buildings, barn conversions, traveller sites, apartment / flat blocks… the list goes on.

Although we can design a high quality scheme for you though the key to getting it approved is the associated planning knowledge and experience of local and national policy. No longer can planning applications be submitted with just ‘designs’ it is critical to demonstrate and justify the proposal with supporting planning knowledge. Therefore, with all of our submitted schemes we produce a supporting ‘Planning Statement and Justification Report’. These two skill areas (architectural and planning) are therefore critically interlinked from the start of the schemes development and skills that Hayston offer.
